“My Family”

part of the Air Force art collection, a print of my father showing a photo of my family to a Vietnamese family in the early 1970’s.

Photography has been a part of my life as far back as I can remember. My father was a photographer in the Air Force where he met my mom. He was my first photography instructor, teaching my brother, sisters, and I how to use a camera. This is where it all began for me.

Since then, I have had and continue to have many instructors who contribute to the evolution of skills. Every day is an opportunity to improve, each improvement reflected in the next photo.

Every improvement focused on one goal, capturing the moments in between.
